They might be the third best, and they need to know that.

So let's allow competition if they need competition.

I'm not saying everybody has to, but if they have this huge desire to compete, to prove themselves, to want to start going rock climbing, let's find those opportunities, especially for our boys, but not exclusively.

And then for our girls, this estrogen increase produces a high level of oxytocin, which makes us fall oxytocin in love with each other.

And the reason for that is because we girls need to fall oxytocin in love with each other so that when one of us has a baby, we all fall oxytocin in love with their baby and we all protect the baby.

So we form this clique, we form this group.

which means it's almost biologically necessary to be with those girls.

Now I'm not saying let them go to every party because they want to, but can you see, and they go, but I have to go, I have to go.

Can we try and allow that physical connection?

So letting them get together with their friends as much as possible, because it's literally a biological thing to connect and help them understand that a little bit more.

So they can be quite overpowering for some of the kids and some don't even feel that.

Do you see?

It makes sense, doesn't it?

And we are still just basic human beings.

There is also a lot of society that influences, I know there is, but there's literal biological changes and they're different.

Testosterone activates the brain differently to progesterone and estrogen.

So there is a difference to what's being activated.

But yeah, it comes back to that.

And then we go, don't try and compete or that.

And so we're pushing against biology.
