That's a great reminder that those struggles in the moment are challenging to get through, but that real beauty and growth is on the other side. And like you said, that strength, you wouldn't have that piece that you have now on every trip that he's going on, you know, all as well. And that's a beautiful feeling that you wouldn't have if you hadn't gone through that struggle.
Doctors are always so much easier to connect when we can look back. It's so impossible to do. When you're in that moment. All right. But now I want to pivot and get to you. I want to hear about your podcast. I want to hear about what you're talking on the show. Cause we're, we've got a lot of podcast listeners listening right now.
And I know they want to hear what is happening when Catherine's getting so real.
