In order to have what we need as a society to move forward, I I love to think about human intelligence as I think about the prairie as a metaphor for human intelligence.
I love to study prairie ecosystems and just the vast number of species that work together to create these incredibly strong ecosystems that can stand up to so many violent storms and winds and and weather that species in the prairie are valued for their strengths.
And if a particular species has a weakness within the ecosystem

huge question and it so much depends on the individual circumstances.
I do a fair amount of advocating for kids in schools, and sometimes the teachers are just so open and they have systems around them.
So they have a culture in their school that allows flexibility.
And sometimes the teachers are not at all open and they view it as an affront.
to do anything and to even suggest that the child needs something different.
So it really depends on the experience.
But I will tell you that the most important thing is to identify the strengths of the child at home and continue to reinforce those and find people that will see those as strengths.
