They of course sell all kinds of olives, but also pickles.
And since their wares aren't dependent on the season, they're always in stock.
And this is a good fit for them.
A whole storefront in downtown might be too big.
The rent there out of their budget.
But over here, since you're sharing a lot of the overhead costs with other small businesses, it's more accessible.
And bonus, you get to trade among the vendors.
When I was working the Flint farmers market, I noticed that pretty much everyone watched out for each other too.
You might need to run to the truck for more paper sacks, and the person at the booth next to yours would watch over yours.
They'd handle the customers for you till you got back.
