I think that's pretty rare.

But we observed true noble silence in our yoga room, which means not just not talking, it was also no eye contact and no touch.

And introvert's dream.

One time I was going through the Starbucks drive-thru and when I got up to the window, the person who was about to hand me my coffee was a yoga student of mine and she let out this huge sigh when she saw me.

And I heard her yell to her fellow baristas.

It's gonna be okay, my yoga teacher's here.

And I like to be that person that if you hear my voice or you see me.

You feel a bit softer.

Like, it's going to be okay.

So let me say it now if you need to hear it.

It's going to be okay.

You're doing enough.
