who's looking at these ultra-processed protein bar supplements, food replacement, because she was seeing so many healthy people in their 30s and 40s who were like marathon runners who were being diagnosed with stage 3 and 4 colon cancer.
Oh, and Paula Dunn is asking about alcohol, too, and that's something that people are looking at.
I mean, there are all kinds of theories.
Do you have any idea about why we're seeing this?
Because it is, you know, as someone whose husband died at 42 of colon cancer, it is so distressing to see this.
I know.
There was a study, they were even finding it in people's brains.
I wanted to, yeah.
Well, hopefully, you know, these epidemiological studies can continue.
It just, it takes so long to do them.
And unfortunately, you know, I wish I had the answer so I could tell people stop doing this or that and prevent them from getting colon cancer.
It's just very, very frustrating how long it takes to make a determination.
I wanted to ask, somebody asked about
inflammation, which is something that you were talking about as a major driver of aging, right?
So are there things that we should or shouldn't be eating to decrease inflammation?
You know, we've seen a lot about probiotics.
Somebody mentioned prebiotics.
