Yeah, somebody had a good question and it went down and I wanted to ask you about, oh, kimchi.
Yeah, you hear like kimchi and sauerkraut and sort of pickled foods are actually really good for your gut.
I was watching some woman on Instagram who every morning she eats sauerkraut.
I was like, that sounds disgusting.
before or after you brush your teeth.
But what about these sort of fermented foods?
Aren't they shown to, I don't know, what do I know?
I'm curious about just your views on supplements, because as we know, they're not regulated.
