First of all, congratulations on graduating.

That's a big deal.

I would love to start by just learning a little more about both of you and helping our listeners and our viewers get to know you a bit.

What did you study in school?

What did you go to Stanford to do in the first place?

And I guess, too, why Stanford?

I want to hear more from both of you about your experience at Stanford.

I'm curious, Amanda, you talked a little bit about how you got involved with student organizing to begin with, but I'd love to hear from both of you a little bit more about that.

Sort of how did you go from student to student and campus activist and organizer?

Theo Baker has a new book out.

I don't know if either of you have read it, How to Rule the World.

It describes Stanford as basically what you are both saying, you know, a funnel into tech jobs and Silicon Valley, a place with a lot of clubbiness, tech elitism, VCs scouting for talent and plenty of ethical lapses on the part of students and the part of faculty and administration as well.
