If it's a therapist, if it's a psychiatrist, if it's going and fucking doing ayahuasca in a bloody temple in Peru...

I don't know if it's going to a yoga retreat.

I'm all for it.

I have this astrology lady who I technically, she's pretty much my therapist.

She's more.

Yeah.

And she's really good.

Like we have chicken phone calls and stuff like that.

And when all this stuff sort of happened at once, she reached out to me.

She said, do you want to jump on a call and stuff like that?

I think she just helps me just makes it like what your feelings, she validates my feelings.

So I think sometimes, especially as Kiwis, I feel like we feel like I was feeling guilty for being,

kind of not my best self around my friends and around my family just for whatever was going on you feel like you're letting them down when really it's just like i can't just going through a little bit of shit time it's a little bit shit right now but it's gonna be okay so yeah but i probably should at this point honestly like 2026 keeps going the way it is

Yeah, 100%.

I'm a big believer in that.

I've done a lot of growth over the years and things to help me, so I sort of know what I need to do.

I think the hardest part is when you're real deep in the trenches.

to get yourself to do that seems like almost mission impossible, you know?

Once you get over that first little leap, it tends to smooth sailing.

I'm a big journaler, yeah.
