The way that the SEC handles ETF applications is that rather than formally approve or reject, basically you go effective.
Yeah.
And if the SEC doesn't want you to go effective and bring this to market, they'll probably back channel that to you.
Right.
And you'll politely-
withdraw your application.
But it doesn't outright reject ETFs.
Yeah.
But the ETF was created.
Yeah.
They can't get an application and be like, this is a hunk of junk.
You can't launch this.
Well, that's.
