what you're saying, Kevin, because even though I think like my biggest issue with the scene is like we just don't know Ironrod as a character.
Um and so it it feels like a strange development like just to happen.
But at the same time, I I also agree I in my own mind I'm like, okay, what that's a hypocritical stance to take, because this sort of thing does happen all the time.
It's not
It doesn't have to be like an outgrowth of of some matter of like deep character.
It's just a matter of power.
He's afraid, he's angry, she's raiding the room because she's about to fuck off and leave them all to die.
She's has power that he's resentful of, and so he's going to take it from her.
And it doesn't have to be any deeper than that.
And like on that like that side of the scene I think actually does work because it does follow a realistic logic of like this is not
This is not something that has profound motivations.
This has incr like incredibly petty motivations that explode into violence that is very real.
Yeah, I would not go so that far to say that like only a only a man would write this scene, but
I I yeah, it's it's why I'm split about it, 'cause I would never want to be like this doesn't make sense in a logical way just because stranger sexual violence does happen, like the sort of random emotional outburst does happen.
Um it just it didn't quite v vibe with the rest of the episode or the rest of the season, I would argue, or even like the rest of the show.

Yeah, it's I don't know, I I've I've been okay with like different sexual assault scenes, both in Game of Thrones and I guess there hasn't been this that many in well, there was the one with Aegon in the first season.
