You're dead right and it's been such a long, hard journey.

And people are saying, do you think you're going to be okay with stepping away from sport?

I will be okay because it's been such a long journey, a tough journey.

And I think it is the right time to step away from the sport now as well, just to reflect back on the whole career and the ups and downs of it.

But yeah, it's been a tough road.

Don't ask Katie that question.

I think even after the last fight, I knew there was nothing else to chase after.

And there's so much other stuff to do before that.

And there's so much more ground to make, I felt.

And I just knew after the last fight, okay, what else is there to do?

Other than Crow Park, obviously.

But what else is there to do, really?

And so I am content with that decision because I've given it my absolute all.

I've left no stone unturned.

I've put in the work day in, day out, week after week, month after month, year after year.

I have made all of the necessary sacrifices and I've dedicated my whole life to this sport.

And I think it is time to step away and just enjoy the fruits of my labour now.

Yeah, of course, yeah.

And I've been in the gym for my whole life preparing for these fights and it's tough.
