So automation and systems, I think, is really important.
A common investing mistake, I think it's actually asking what should I invest in before asking what am I trying to make possible?
I think people choose product before purpose and you've got it around the wrong way.
Yeah, absolutely.
And again, if there is a big gap you need to bridge in terms of where you need to land, then you might look at property in terms of that leverage piece.
If you have time and capacity, then you're more lean into property or maybe it's funds.
Again, it comes down to what am I trying to make possible and what are the options available to me?
Super important to understand.
And for most people, they do a bit of both, if I'm honest.
