The evidence, especially from these hacked emails, the evidence is very black and white and clear cut.
And a lot of observers say this is the worst case they've ever seen of any club breaking UEFA's financial fair play rules.
But on the other hand, if you believe what Manchester City are saying, they are being very aggressive, very vehement, saying that they've done nothing wrong and they're confident that they are going to have their names cleared.
But I suppose what could happen this summer is that the Premier League season ends and what would happen if Manchester City finished second and Manchester United finished fifth and we would have this case at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in the summer in Lausanne where the judges at Cass would effectively be deciding whether Manchester City play in the Champions League next season or Manchester United if United of course finish fifth.
