But there is an issue with public transport.
There's an issue with the Lewis, for example, where two stops down the line the Lows is falls, so people are left standing.
And the apartments are being built and I don't think there's any concern taken in.
for if a person just genuinely has to drive a long distance and the public transport is not there.
I did put a motion in to South Dublin County Council asking for them to look into some kind of transport hope to try and alleviate some of the issues that are going on.
And the motion passed, however, they still have to look at the viability and where they can put this transport hope.
I would love to see people, you know, not needing a a private car to get from A to B.
I'm not saying, you know, a local ink or, you know, other um
Solutions that I'm thinking about in my head.
will stop people from having issues with parking.
But it's just a matter of joining the dots together and getting the council, the government, the transport agencies just to get them to listen to people's ideas, you know, that way.
But I do think something like a local ink service, even at peak times
could encourage people to leave the car, you're getting picked up, you're getting dropped off where there are access to more public transport.
That could help alleviate some of the not all, but some of the parking issues.
So I know, you know the way we're still kind of trying to work on solutions and as I said it's a matter of joining up the dots and getting everybody on board.
