I think Megan hit the spot when she said the planning and the infrastructure hasn't really been thought through, you know, the way public transport and etc.

Now, look, I get the frustrations.

However, I also have people that would train, you know, football teams, football clubs, you know, asking, why haven't we got a space for a football team?

Why haven't we got a green space for a football pitch?

You know, that way.

So it goes back to planning.

Now, I have no, I mean, I put the motion in.

I have no issue.

You know, that way we're trying to alleviate the concerns and to try and get parking in City West for people.

However, it can't be, you know, concrete everything, you know, that way and make it into a parking space.

The reply back to the motion I put in was that they're going to look into the feasibility of what they would call a transport hub.

So from what I can make it kind of like, you know, a park and ride system.

We had approached the local shopping centre, you know, the way for their car park could residents use that, but obviously due to insurance issues and

You know, security, that was kind of a no, you know, straight from the start.

So at this stage, it's just still basically trying to have a conversation with South Dublin County Council to try and come up with some sort of remedy in the short term.

And I mean, it's a safety issue as well.

I agree with Megan.

I mean, there's one estate in City West where cars are being parked on both sides of the road.
