And I hope, if anything, it gives people the message to always put themselves first.
Support yourself with the love and support that you get from your friends.
But at the end of the day, your well-being, your health is the most important thing because it's the vessel within your body that makes you run and be able to be a human and live a day-to-day life.
So I'm someone who loves life.
I'm still making the most of it.
I'm getting up with my partner before he goes to work and we're taking the dogs for a walk down the beach and just doing really low kind of –
I don't know, just getting out, not using a lot of energy, but just something that's nice and soaking in the sun while it's out still.

I love Commonwealth Games because it's a lot less pressure.
You get to be around all your teammates.
It's a really, really big team as well.
So I was really looking forward to getting to know some of the rookies, be alongside the Paras, but I get to be at home on the couch sipping a hot chocolate whilst watching them.
It's almost a little bit of a, like again, a relief, not having to go through that pressure and anxiety, but it also winds us up.
feeling up inside of me of I need to get back in I need like it's just a drive and a sense of want to be back on top again.
I think Australia will still be on top.
We've had a lot of
legacy in the Commonwealth Games.
And I think despite those big names missing, there's still a huge number of athletes that hold their own that are going to be able to bring not only gold home for Australia, but just so much more passion.
And it's a new generation of swimming.
We can't stay around.
