And I just kind of thought, I was like, that's so cool in itself.

Like the fact that you can sit in your own skin and be like, yep, I've ticked all the boxes.

I'm not going to be greedy.

I'm not going to ask for more.

I'm happy.

And she's content.

Like she's living her best life now doing all this media and all that kind of stuff.

And I just look at her and I'm like, you're a really good role model because you didn't succumb to the pressure of what the media wanted you to do.

I think that's why I fell so hard off the back of Paris because leading up to it, I was like swimming, swimming, swimming, swimming, swimming.

Like it's all I thought about.

It's all I did.

And it's all that I wanted to do in that moment because I knew what I wanted to get out of it and I wanted to give 100% to it and not look back and be like, oh, I could have done that more.

I could have done this.

But since coming off of that and doing what I have done, it's allowed me to look at my life and be like,

wow, I love living in my home with my partner.

I love going to the beach.

I love taking time with my dogs and my family.

Like swimming is now the job that I do.

And it's not that I go and tick the box, but, you know, I go there now, but I lead swimming at the pool.

And I think that that's so cool to be able to do now.
