And one of the things I ended with last week was really hoping that this would create a path for resolution.

And I feel like we're pretty much recycling what we were told last week.

This is where we're at.

And there's not really a structure here of how to move forward.

I WANT TO CLARIFY WE SAID 51.6 MILLION IN TOTAL REVENUE TO THE GENERAL FUND.

I WANT TO KNOW IF THAT INCLUDES THE 19 MILLION WE GOT FROM THE SETTLEMENT IN 2024.

I did want to point out Exhibit 22J, which was included, and I think Council Member Jayne spoke to this as well.

We clearly under budgeted for our capital X reserve.

It was supposed to go 3% a year, but I think by this point we should have had roughly 3 million.

We're operating with 251,000 right now on 22 million of planned projects.

So one of the things that I noticed in one of the slides is it said that the renovation and demolition fund could be used for that.

We also were told we have $88 million in cash assets in the reserves.

And I want to know if part of that is the $58 million in the renovation reserve.

Because if we're going to cannibalize that to do capital expenses when it comes up, we now have got no income into the general fund.

And I know that it says for the 10 years we can't expect income into the general fund, which is severely alarming.

So I don't know how we're proposing extra money for stadium builder license expenses.

full-time positions, off-site spaces.

But again, I'm looking for a solution.

And then I think that, you know,

One of the things that as I looked back last year in my first year in this is one of the I think most alarming things now is this budget is recycling what we tried to do last year.
