operating reserve resides at 27.7 million but because you have to keep in like two parts down from the waterfall that at 10 that really means that only 17.7 million is available because that requirement for 10 must be fulfilled

I was a little confused about the divergence on the marketing plan here.
So I'd like to understand.
It sounds like you guys had a proposed one in the budget.
We have our Canyon consultants.
We want to go what's been impeded in your day-to-day activities by a lack of having this marketing plan approved.
It sounds like you guys are going forward
but the cost of what we're considering is going up.
So I wanted to understand that.
I wanted to know again, because it sounded like in the proposed budget or the adopted budget last year, that you guys had already started your facilities condition assessment.
So we are now predicting that's done in fiscal year 27.
So that's a two-year assessment.
So where are you guys at in the process?
There are capital expense items that have been on the books rolling over for nine years now.
And so when we look at funding $22 million, I don't see a high prioritization that's assessed and saying, well, we've put these on the books for nine years in a row.
I will tell you, I believe if you were looking at our budget, you'd be frightened right now as well.
