So I again wanted clarification if the 51 million that was stated in total general fund movement

included the settlement, the $19 million from the settlement.

I had asked, I thought, if the $358,000 reduction that we saw in operating expenses just came out of the $22 million total, if that was the total cost saving.

And then I'd ask for clarification on the public safety outstanding balance as structured in the settlement in 2024, if that's different than the public safety reserve that we put the excess $4 surcharge in.
