but that those implications were laid out so that we would know.
I can't remember why we went against Planning Commission's recommendation here, but I think it's a good lesson.
I want to know,
If the original design, you guys answered this, if it included a trash enclosure, why didn't it happen?
You said you're unaware of that, but what is the city's recourse and resources, or what can we do in terms of holding that accountable?
I also want to know if the Lincoln space gets occupied, will Lincoln then have rights to use that space on Cecil Avenue, or should we look at this more holistically?
And I hear you saying this is an operational and a management issue, but I'm wanting to know if the violations or the code enforcement that we did was specifically about the garbage, because the community brought forward a lot more issues than simply that.
And so when we look at this going forward, are we going to address this as the whole code states, or the whole... Yeah.
the code states, or are we really limiting this to talking about garbage?
Because I want to make sure that the community comes away feeling like we've dealt with this satisfactorily.
But again, one of the things that was mentioned in the emails when I was talking to Mr. Botello is that we were limited to do anything because we made the decision to reevaluate this.
and i don't know how items get agendized i know that we can pull a 030 and that's how this happened again but what is happening within the staff that these things should be coming up quickly so that it is not the the residents that take the burden for this so i don't know that that was fully expressed and understood when we made this decision um i think
Yeah, I think that covers it.
Thank you.
Yeah, I am wondering, it sounds like, and I don't understand if the applicant is taking their bin to the Lincoln site and then bringing their trash there, or if they're using Mission Trail's existing site while it's unoccupied and just dumping in it.
Either way, if there is another car dealership that occupies that space,
I am assuming Mission Trail still is going to be doing their pickup on Cecil Avenue for what was formerly the Lincoln dealership.
Understood.
But that site has the right to pick up off of Cecil Avenue.
I've seen it.
