Um so I'm glad to follow that up because my question was about uh the hundred uh percent free carbon free electricity as well. podcast-host

I do understand though that most data centers still rely on um either a diesel powered pump or a backup generator. podcast-host

Uh so I'd wondered if you guys would speak a little bit to that and again just addressing public concerns. podcast-host

Um I don't know if we would support stronger regulations for the backup power, uh low emissions, anything like that. podcast-host

Um, I also wanted to speak to a lot of the community members talking about the aesthetics of the building again. podcast-host

We've had the interest in doing public art, um, but I don't know how that would be implemented. podcast-host

So I'd be curious from a staff standpoint, is that something that would go through the architectural review? podcast-host

Is that something that we could even propose as a a standard when data centers come up? podcast-host

They have to have some kind of art element to them. podcast-host

Um I know in the white paper it said that they had converted podcast-host

uh what would have been parking because there's not a parking need into landscaped areas. podcast-host

I don't know if there would be the need for park space in these places, but to do the landscaping I think even to uh commission uh uh council member parks thing about walkability makes that more appealing. podcast-host
