Um, and I really appreciate how knowledgeable you are on all aspects of this.
Um, mine is just a comment right now because I think we've answered our questions.
Uh I don't know that sixty days gives us the full scope of how this all works out, but I understand that if there is investment pot uh like a uh incentive for us to do this, I also am supportive of using fanatics.
I do think that in light of
calls for transparency and the 49ers and the city working collaboratively and each trying to compromise that perhaps this one year term where you go out to bid and the likelihood if you're saying this is correct is probably that fanatics will get the bid anyways.
I know it puts a little bit of burden on your organization to do that work and I know there's ambiguity about what the RFP would look like.
But um I I I think that that gives you a a year to work with fanatics.
We get the proof and the pudding of if it's a s a successful model when we come to another year term.
Um
And you know, in sixty days if we had to come back and didn't want to do this it
complicates what we would want to be set up and ready to roll when these major events come.
So um I I hope that's a win win and a bridge solution for both the city and the stadium right now, uh and and the team.

But I certainly would be supportive of a one year uh thing.
But I I think for transparency I I still I know it maybe doesn't make sense to you guys the experts, but I think an RFP would uh be appreciated by our residents.
Yeah, and totally understand.
I just I you know, probably an audit or something wouldn't come up within sixty days.
Probably we wouldn't see a hundred and eighteen percent increase in profits, you know.
