I wanna understand a little bit more about the uh change to eight hundred thousand square feet of retail.

Um if you look under the land uses, uh I'm wondering if incidental use, which says that in the northeast parcel phase one and two, there can still be retail, there can still be restaurants.

Does that eight hundred square feet represent a maximum?

Because at that point, if you had more incidental use for retailer restaurants, it would change that land use, or is that a minimum?

I think um in understanding that there is the opportunity then if that was to become a retail heavy area or maximize that usage.
