I'm definitely on my way to buying a external disk drive.

One, I just wanna burn CDs and like m make stuff to listen to in the car.

There is just something nice about having a C D and knowing what's coming next over and over and over again.

And yeah, I don't know.

I still miss C Ds a lot.

And I do think it gives us a chance to digitize our physical media because C Ds don't

last forever either.

And memory cards and micro SD cards and stuff like that don't last forever either.

The data rots over time.

So yeah, it the only physical media you can really have and own forever.

Books, records.

I don't know what else.

So if you're really keen to apocalypse proof yourself, start buying hard copies.

And to go as far away from that as we possibly can, there's been a big push towards cloud gaming as well.

I remember when we were both at Silicon Republic in like twenty nineteen, there was the Google uh which was a pure cloud gaming console.

It was just really a controller that I think plugged into something like a Chromecast or something like that, and it would let you play games wherever you were.

You could play the games from the stadia controller.

To your laptop, your phone, whatever.
