When the level of armament and militarism in Europe is vastly increased and we'll remember it was all because we were tricked with Pokemon.

We could probably do another episode someday about how the video game industry overlaps with the military industry.

Some of those games are basically recruitment tools like...

yeah 100% and even the haptic feedback in the controls now where they kind of like bounce back it's we're tempering kids to be excited for shooting guns maybe yeah it's bleak but I'm not surprised in the slightest yay

All of it is just so ridiculous in so many regards.

And I know we're going to get into it, but that cliff edge thing, like, oh, we're going to have chat off by default so that when people turn 18...

They're not falling off a cliff and like being overwhelmed.

When people turn 18, they'll get off of Roblox, Twitch and kick and go on the full blown social media platforms where they won't be thrown off a cliff.

They'll be like that Red Bull person who jumped out of space onto Earth.

Yeah, that is ridiculous.

Yeah.

And even when you're giving your like 14 or 15 year old access to things like the guidelines since I've been that age have been to just keep an eye on what they're doing and try and make sure they're not doing anything crazy.

But I can see like from working in queer media that.

I get phone calls very, very frequently from people who are in like isolated rural parts of the country who have no gay bars, no like visible queer community, particularly for older people.
