uh you know the question has been asked is he too much uh the same style as what bruce was and i think that you know all these coaches push their players hard but he'll do it in a little bit different uh manner different voice and what uh bruce did and i think that he uh plans to do a lot of things in terms of systems and that type of thing uh very similar there'll be tweaks probably along the way but there's not time to reinvent the wheel it's a matter of
Each one of our players doing a little bit more.
I think this gives a fresh start for a lot of players.
We were underperforming as a team.

It's a really good question.
Yeah, you know, every, you know, I always believe every year, you know, every team runs its own race.
So things change from year to year.
You know, you played players, you know, between being a 22 year old player and a 26 year old player, lots of things in your life can change.
You might be married, you might have children, you might be at a different point in your contract, you might feel you're at a different point in your career.
So you constantly have to be evolving as a coach to be able to manage like that.
I think when you look at
Some of the coaches in the league who've had longer tenures, I think they really are adept at that.
And, you know, the demands of the job.
