So, you know, operationally from the from the enterprise level, I think we do a really good job of setting up, you know, templates and and guidelines for the online scheduler schedulers to read.
Um, but I think if
you know, at the office level, uh, things are getting booked over, or maybe, you know, we're really busy this day, so we're gonna block over an appoint an appointment for the online scheduler.
There's still those little little tweaks that I feel like need to be that we could all be better at.
So I do think it's getting better and I like the tools where you're able to directly integrate to your PMS.
I think those are the ones where I've seen the strongest results.
I don't know across the whole wor the whole space, but I know, you know, for PDP, we have about 85% of our practices with online scheduling capabilities.
Yeah, you explained that really well.
I think we're we're working in really similar ways, Alyssa.
I love to hear it.
But yeah, I think in addition to the things that you mentioned, we were also really using it as a tool.
I think so much in the space like
AI is either it can be like a threat, or people are, you know, afraid of it.
They're like, we're not touching that, or they're really utilizing it and like accepting it and utilizing it for all it can do.
So, in addition to the things that you mentioned from like a copy and design standpoint, we're also getting a little bit more into having it like do some of the work for us from a marketing standpoint.
So, you know, uh last week I used Claude to scrape all of our
Our 40 plus Google Business profiles and tell me the number of reviews that each of them had had in the last year.
That would have taken me a ton of time and I don't have a team to delegate to or, you know, ask for help.
So I think remembering that we can actually use it as almost like an extension of our team is a really great resource as well.
Uh, I was just gonna add to what Grayson was saying and and kind of go back to what our discussion earlier and that this is why I think it's so important the people that you're partnering with and working with, because AI for a website is still only going to function as good as, you know, the users that are using the AI.
