I don't remember any case study like because most people are prepared hours before the the days before.
Like we literally prepare the c the classes are always two hours long, or is it ninety minutes long?
We always prepare during the first thirty minutes of the class, listening to what others say and try to contribute and and the second half second half and that's how we pass our classes.

It was uh actually two things was funny in the sense that firstly when we meet the team for the first time said, Oh, this is how you actually look at like in full person and whatnot, right?
Oh, this is the first time I see the office because the team just said sent us the bill and lit initially was at the dining table of my first hire and then subsequently it was a small like three seats and then later on was like one room for the co-working space and whatnot, right?
I think but besides that, the whole working
Chemistry was very strong because we were there at the start, even though we were there virtually also, right?

Um, and I think a bigger transition was probably going from professional services to being a founder, running per se.

And also within McKinsey, whereby in the case of McKinsey,
McKinsey, at a time when everyone likes to do strategy work, like I knew that if all the other McKinsey guys can do strategy work, what's my differentiator, right?
Like I've, of course, a year at Essential, so I have a bit of exposure towards IT and whatnot, but that's not gonna be enough.

So when everyone was just doing strategy or focusing on doing strategy, I spent half of my time doing operations execution.
