The Tampa Bay Rays are all we're working on right now, but they've got a lot on their plate plates and and we're respectful to that.
They you could see they've got a lot on their agenda.
So I don't I don't fault them.
I think it's on all of us to make sure that before we head back into that chamber, each council member, each commissioner needs to really understand
the merits of this deal and what's gone into the the sausage making, if you will.
And um we we will do that work and and we'll do a better job of it.
Uh uh it's that's absolutely still there.
Look, we we we've worked long and hard with the county and the city and their staff uh to get to this point and we're committed to doing the work uh together.
Now look there to I I'm also a realist.
I'm I'm an optimist, uh uh, but I'm also a realist.
And I think, you know, as we head into the definitive documents portion of this this this this movie, if you will.
Yeah.
There's still a lot of issues that need to be resolved for both sides.
I actually thought at the county meeting, uh, if folks want to go over there Memorial Day weekend and dig in and look at this stuff, the county put up a very instructive slide of on remaining issues.
Uh and I'm sure you can pull that publicly and share it.
It was very accurate.
It got into, you know, CapEx and you know, remaining questions.
About uh, you know, uh how funds were gonna be reinvested back into the district, back into the ballpark uh over time.
And that was one of several issues that we've both jointly said publicly still needs to be uh resolved.
And these are critical issues, you know, to be able to make a deal like this work in this era.
