He's at 20 years right now, so retirement is very much on the horizon.
Yeah, five to seven years.
It's not like a forever house, but we do like it.
Like I said, we're feeling very behind on Baby Step 6 because we just haven't had a mortgage to work to pay off, and we're 43.
So we would make somewhere around $100,000, $110,000.
It's worth about $450.
