So lawyers for Sandra and Danny Vaughan and MTK secure a High Court order in London stating that the operator of the whistleblower account, which we've discussed is some sort of a hutch-linked anonymous account, which is attacking Kinahan all the time, calling him an agent, calling him an informer,

etc.

and giving up some of the secrets of some of his past life, that that account could be jailed, fined or have their assets seized if they continue.

Now, the Vaughans on MTK see this as a win, but in actual fact, nobody defended that.

No one from the whistleblower account showed up.

So essentially, they went to the High Court with money to do this.

And it was an uncontested libel action.

No one from the whistleblower was obviously going to show up because then they would have detailed who they were.

So they basically went into court and got this order.

And the High Court judge, Nicole Bollard, ruled that a person unknown should stop publishing anything.

In quotes, words that could be considered to mean that the claimants are a connected with organized crime, acting as a front for illegal drug smuggling operation or be support, sponsor and associate knowingly with murderers, drug dealers, organized crime, sorry, criminals.

So this is the case that you're speaking about with Daniel Kinahan, why he actually comes on the phone to you because he likes the way you report on this.
