impact and improve our quality of life, it's incumbent on us to ensure that we're continuing to to renovate, to upgrade the facility, to make sure that it's technologically advanced.
And quite frankly, it's a heck of a lot cheaper than building a new uh city.
Yeah.
So
Well, we're just starting to have those conversations now.
I can tell you that we set aside initially out of the CIT, the city and the county, along with uh tourist tax funding, we're probably all we've already preserved, I want to say in the neighborhood of 500 million, give or take.
Uh, but during the reauthorization of the CIT last year, at that time we really had not had any conversations with the Buccaneers.
We had an idea of the the shift.
Or maybe doing some development on the northern end.
But we really didn't know for sure.
But we wanted to at least ballpark a number.
And so we we've preserved, you know, in that neighborhood of 500 million for starters.
We're just starting to have these conversations now.
The Buccaneers, to their credit,
I've acknowledged that they're gonna have significant skin in the game, just like they did during our last renovation agreement.
Right, right.
And not only did they have well over
at that point well over a hundred million, probably closer to two hundred million into it.
They also assumed all cost overruns and things of that nature that that protected the taxpayer.
And they're gonna be willing to do the same thing this go around.
