As far as an exact number or percentage, just starting to have those discussions.
However, one thing I did stress
uh as recently as probably two weeks ago when I met with uh Brian Ford at at one buck, is that just like the previous renovation agreement
I stress then and I'm stressing again now.
A majority of the upgrades and the renovations need to be in that do not impact the suite holder or the club holder, that but really are focused on the general population to ensure benefiting from these improvements.
As in last time with the big screen TVs, the tower boards, the ribbon boards, the enhanced uh audio and video, everyone can enjoy those.
those upgrades, in addition to doing needed improvements in the suite level as well, not saying we don't need to do that, but ensuring that everyone, irrespective of where you're sitting in the bowl, can benefit from these taxpayer funded improvements.
All the deals are all the deals are different.
Including
uh the tape bay lightning right and and uh benchmark international arena so you really can't say well this percentage was given on this deal so the same percentage needs to be given here right they're completely different models they're sometimes they're similar funding sources sometimes they're not uh so they're just different structures some are more of a
upfront model which we're doing now with the rays.
Others are more of a paygo model, which is paid over time as the development or the in the improvements are made, then they're paid on a reimbursement basis.
So different structures, different models, but
I've stressed all along these projects, these deals are not mutually exclusive.
We're going to be in position to ensure that our our friends at the Lightning, our friends at the Bucks, as well as the Rays, and again, don't forget about the unbelievable community partners that the Steinbrenner family's been and the Yankees have been in our community with Steinbrenner Field.
We're going to uh ensure that our commitments are are continued.
and that we we value our partnership uh with all the organizations and we're not gonna do a deal for one team the detriment to another.
That's not gonna happen.
