It is requiring us to be extremely creative on how we structure some of these deals.
Again, some of them will have to be uh pay as pay as you go over time as the growth occurs, as the innovations take place.

agreements that that we need to that we need to do and and need to be uh to again to ensure that uh that the teams remain here, that the improvements continue to be made.

I think we're
We're legitimate.
Are legitimate.
And oh absolutely.
As elected officials, they have every right to ask those questions and to and uh you know to get the answers that that they want and need to hear.
Um however some of the I think challenges with the s uh with city council is they're in a different form of government.
They have a strong mayoral form of government.
And the mayor and her team and staff, again, this predates you know, Mayor Castor.
This goes back when I when I started this journey, it was Mayor Iorio.
I mean, show you how far back that that goes.
But it's a different structure.
And that's why I've always stressed too.
