And that's what you you know, I feel I hear coaches say that all the the you've got to be prepared to risk the pain of defeat for the for ultimately the glory of victory. matched

And I've been around and seen the glory of victory for players and I've um unfortunately not not tasted it as a as a player myself, seen it as a coach and understand that it's absolutely worth every every risk you have to put up because um otherwise Jared I wouldn't be still doing it because that's that's matched
