I just think a boost for this club, if they could lock him in long-term, and when you say long-term, three years as a coach would be nice.

Halfway through the year, the boost that that would give this group, the club, the supporters, the coach himself...

The security, I think there could be a pivotal move for them in terms of where they end up at the end of this year.

Others would say, like King yesterday, well, no, wait.

He hasn't done very well in finals yet.

Why would you extend him now?

Yeah, I think it's an interesting stage that they're in.

Do they believe he's their guy or not?
