You don't need cheerleaders.
And you don't need motivation.
And it's, again, sounds corny.
I know everyone says you need discipline.
Discipline is whispering in your ear at 5 a.m.
when it's snowing out and you only have an hour to get this work in.
Get up and do it.
And guess what?
If you don't do it, no one cares.
And no one will care if you don't show up and do anything.
But the person whose opinion you should be trying to satisfy is your own.
You know if you're doing the work.
