It's not that difficult.

I can sit around with a group of 10 people and I could draft what a new American Alliance treaty would be on security, on economics, on climate.

We could do it, frankly, we could do it in two weeks and then take a little, take some time with the American people

in the process of the Senate and the House and get it passed.

That's the kind of urgency that our leadership in this country should bring to the question.

I think it's an assault on our national public lands and our heritage and our legacy.

And I think that's something that we need to stand up against.

When I think about our United States, I think about the great wonders of Acadia in Maine, Glacier in Montana,

The Flatirons here in Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Grand Canyon, every one of our 50 states, the greatness of Alaska.

If you had the Acadias or the Yosemites, he said, in Europe, they belong to the nobles.

But here in the U.S., they belong to the common person.

Just last week, 10 days ago, I was down on the Rio Grande, down in my part of the country, in the Sunweeds Valley.

I was walking with a bunch of people, including, I'm sure, a bunch of Republicans who were taking this hike with me.

And they say they love this place because it's the playground for the common folks, the playground for the common folks.

So, yes.

But you know what?

Those playgrounds for the common folks.

Aren't just there by themselves, they have to be taken care of.

And that's why, if it's a BLM employee or a national parks employee.

You know, you got to say, hang in there better times.
