I still had PTSD from ABC because whenever something would get said, I would be like, Oh wait, what's going on?

Or, um,

by not being used as much during the week, I thought, am I being marginalized again?

What is going on?

And so it really had just rewired my brain.

I got back to MSNBC.

I'm like, this is great.

I'm like the highest paid anchor per hour.

I have all this opportunity to do whatever I want during the week.

did something that I was not able to.

And I heard it.

We were walking in from the park and he jumped from the 16th floor into the courtyard.

You heard it.

Yeah, we heard it.

And I thought that would be a triggering thing for me once again.

It's weird to say, but I kind of felt relieved for him because I know how you get to that point.

But

it did not have that triggering impact on my mental health.
