I was able to just kind of embrace it.
And then I started talking to some friends and said, I don't know what's changed because nothing fundamentally in my life has changed.
In fact, it's gotten a little bit worse.
We lost some friends during COVID and I still have this positive attitude.

And they said, I told them what happened in Belize and they were like, it's probably the mushrooms.
And so I took a deep dive into psychedelics and magic mushrooms after that.
I've done all of that.
I even did over the counter.
When we met, I was doing in Philadelphia, St.
John's Wort.
It really does.
So, yeah.
So I had done Zoloft.
I have on and off and did Prozac as well.
It worked, but Don, I don't know your experience with it, but for me, and everybody's experience is different with all of these drugs, but for me, while it did not make me get really, really low, it didn't make me get high as far as happiness either.
And I felt because I wasn't doing therapy,
With those, at the time, it was basically just kind of suppressing all of those feelings that I had.
And once in a while, it would break like a dam.
And it would be some of the worst crying and depression ever.
