Things that we weren't doing, we're doing now is every day is part of our business because the pandemic had us thinking about where our customer was.

So when you think about these things that are happening, it is fear is good.

Fear is normal, but usually on the other side of fear, something great.

And if you can get through that scary, that scary phase, that uncomfortable phase and go,

how am I going to make my business better today?

How am I going to make my customer happier today?

How am I going to understand where they are so that I can be there for them in this moment of whatever it is we're going through?

Those are the businesses that are not only going to make it through this period, but they're going to absolutely thrive.
