Yeah.
at the federal level, we've had the Americans with Disabilities Act since 1990.
So that's probably the overriding piece of legislation.
And it's been amended since then.
So it's not been a totally a constant thing.
But you know, that's really where we started to see the infrastructure changes.
And so new building construction has to have certain certain characteristics that are compliant with the
Americans with Disabilities Act or the ADA.
And now as cities and municipalities and jurisdictions are going through long-range planning,
you know, how do we develop communities that are supportive of that?
How do we, as I said before, how do we design playgrounds that can accommodate folks with physical disabilities, um, and things like that.
And so that's, that's long-term change, you know, and, um, you know, in over 30 years, there are still improvements that are happening.
Um, and, uh, so, um, so that's, so that's certainly happening, um, in the, uh,
under the Obama era, under the Affordable Care Act, there were provisions in there specifically related to prohibiting discrimination on the basis of disability as one of the factors that was included.
And so those are the kinds of things, broadly speaking, at the policy level.
We work mostly at the state legislature.
And so at the state level,
So the types of services that can be provided under the state's Medicaid program are defined in statute.
So that goes through a legislative process.
And unfortunately, over the last few sessions, what we've been seeing is when there are needs to look for areas to cut in the state budget or whatever,
