So it was always driving me to be better.
And the fear of failure is always the... Isn't that your main motivation?
And actually, when you sort of...
When I talk about that now, and then I go to what I'm doing is work-wise, and it's a different fear of failure now.
When you're a sportsman, if you are not good enough, you're told you're not good enough, you get dropped.
your career's not over.
You've just got to get back on the horse and train that week and get back in the team and then you're off again.
So it's different.
So I think now when you get to like 50 years old, you're sort of going through a period going, I'm enjoying what I'm doing.
You've got all these different things in your head.
So there's an element of the drive is harder sometimes because it's not as clear when you're younger.
