They think he's picked up enough.

And the stuff that he doesn't know, that really nitty-gritty stuff that –

just the very few people in the game know, to be honest, you can go out and you can hire that.

You can put someone on as your assistant to bring that.

So you don't really need to know that.

Remember when Alan Jones took over back in the day at the Tigers, he didn't know rugby league like it needed to be known.

But he knew how to lead men.

He was halfway there.

What probably got him was you didn't have the staff around him to be able to help him.

But you've got the staff around you now.

And you've got all those.

You've got your strength and conditioning guy.

You've got your high-performance manager.

You've got all these different guys who are all experts in their area who will tell you, mate, this is the load we need this week.

These are the drills we need to be doing.

These are the areas we need to work on.

This is stuff that he's not going to – if he doesn't notice himself –

So I think in many ways it would be an inspired choice, but he won't get it, all right?
