And then when I went on my little breathwork journey and thought, oh, it wasn't that.

I'm still dealing with my childhood.
A lot that I'm still having to let go of.
Damn.
And I was very like Kate, I was very detached.
I used to say it like it was a script.
But I'm very more in tune with it now because I'm healing.
Because I'm learning and I'm accepting.
And that's sometimes one of the hardest things to do is heal and accept.
Like when I look at little Kerri and I go back to little Kerri, the first thing I say to this little Kerri, who's been abandoned, she's all by herself.
Her mum don't want her, she's put her in foster home.
No one can have her.
She's scared to death.
I go back in as me and I say to her, oh my God, you've got so much that's gonna happen to you.
First thing I say is, you've got these five amazing kids.
These kids are gonna be amazing.
And then I go, you're gonna go on stage, you're gonna do this, you're gonna do that, but these kids, you know, and this little girl is just like,
It's going to be an hard kid, but I've got you now.
