And from that, then the board got together with the executive team and put all the presentations aside and said, so what should we do?
One of these scenarios, a little bit of all of them, and we came up with a strategic plan that utilized everything we learned from the process, from the presentations, from so on and so forth, that we came up with a, we really think this is what we should be,
And then we start developing, how do we become that?
If it's a change, it's a big change, a small change, but how do we become that?
And we started mapping those pieces out.
So the strategic plan process is far more than that retreat.
Because after that retreat, now we're going to do the mapping of what is it going to take?
Do we need new personnel?
Do we need to train existing personnel?
