That's what I'm about.

But I'm really just trying to save myself for desserts.

But no, I was always just really into pastry.

I probably should have done a bit more of it.

And then it only really happened when...

I think the first time I properly did pastry was in Pollen Street that the pastry chefs left.

Right, okay.

Well, they had pastry chefs on holidays.

Yeah.

And then the person sort of looking after the section then, they didn't come in the next day.

They might have been busy.

But I'm not putting it down to the person at all.

It was hardcore, like it was a busy section.
