What emerging trends do you see in business and how can private practice audiologists prepare for that and capitalize on it?

I love it.

We actually, some of the hearing aid manufacturers are starting to include AI in their technology to help patients.

It's been a couple of launch lately.

That's really changed the game for us a lot, but I don't think audiologists are really in the habit.

We're usually a couple of years behind everyone else of using AI every day.

We just did a talk at a conference where I was talking about AI and marketing.

So it was very interesting to see people.

Some people were freaking out.

Any comments on the people that are really hesitant to use AI?
